Meet Donna Durham, the Founder of Weighting Comforts, a social enterprise that intentionally hires refugees to sew weighted blankets that help reduce anxiety and improve sleep. Weighting Comforts began at Donna’s kitchen table and has grown into a multi-million dollar business in less than three years!
Maggie Tucker is a Nashville native, and the owner/founder of local retail stores magpies baby and magpies girl, and retail consulting company My Market Edit. Maggie has been featured in Southern Living, Cottage Living, Gift Shop Magazine, and presented with HGTV’s award for top retail merchandising and design. Maggie’s passion centers around people. She employees over 15 women, and never hesitates to partner with entrepreneurs, creatives and charitable organizations within all industries to leverage ideas and talents in an effort to elevate others towards greatness.

Founder, Milk the Moment
Courtney “Coko” Eason is the Founder and CEO of Milk the Moment. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Coko worked in the music and entertainment industry for years. While hosting concerts and live events, she noticed that the audience was becoming less and less engaged due to cell phone interruption. She was inspired to create the MILK app to start a movement where people become more present by disconnecting from digital devices and reconnecting with each other.
Liz is the Founder and Creative Director at Anacrusis, an artist publishing, licensing, and management business she built from the ground up. Liz has inked deals with international powerhouse companies in the music industry and was recently a finalist for the Nashville Emerging Leaders Awards.

With years of elite design agency experience and a strong push from God, Amber quit her 9-5 desk job to follow her dreams by creating a business to fit her lifestyle. Now, Amber and her team are changing the way businesses, all across the country, are telling their stories through holistic branding.

Influencer Marketing, Nisolo
Alexandra works on the Brand Partnerships team at Nisolo, a direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand that produces ethically-made shoes and accessories. Her expertise lies in strategic partnerships by finding creative ways to acquire new customers. She works primarily on growing Nisolo’s affiliate marketing channel and developing strategies for their social media influencer network and public relations team. When possible, she likes to use design thinking to solve complex problems.

In this session, I will be talking about how to implement an influencer marketing strategy for your project or business by finding the right influencers, connecting with them, and collaborating on the perfect message for your brand that will speak to their audience.

Elizabeth Duffield is an inbound marketing and demand generation guru with a passion to grow and support the Nashville entrepreneurial community. During business hours, you can find her doing demand generation and marketing automation for healthcare analytics startup. Outside of her day job, she advises entrepreneurs and startups of all sizes and industries through the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and Jumpstart Foundry and seres on the executive committee for Nashville Entrepreneur Week.

Marketing Automation is a powerful strategy for solopreneurs who are looking to scale and drive growth. That being said, building out marketing automation can be a pandora's box and may overcomplicate your marketing funnel with the abundance of strategies and tools on the market. This workshop will (1) run through the basics of marketing automation and how to approach it for your business, (2) walk through how to cut out the noise and find the tools that will expand your reach without depleting your resources, and (3) teach you the fundamental analytics and tracking for your marketing automation strategies.
