Maggie Tucker is a Nashville native, and the owner/founder of local retail stores magpies baby and magpies girl, and retail consulting company My Market Edit. Maggie has been featured in Southern Living, Cottage Living, Gift Shop Magazine, and presented with HGTV’s award for top retail merchandising and design. Maggie’s passion centers around people. Founder, Milk the Moment

Courtney “Coko” Eason is the Founder and CEO of Milk the Moment. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Coko worked in the music and entertainment industry for years. While hosting concerts and live events, she noticed that the audience was becoming less and less engaged due to cell phone interruption. That being said, building out marketing automation can be a pandora's box and may overcomplicate your marketing funnel with the abundance of strategies and tools on the market. This workshop will (1) run through the basics of marketing automation and how to approach it for your business, (2) walk through how to cut out the noise and find the tools that will expand your reach without depleting your resources, and (3) teach you the fundamental analytics and tracking for your marketing automation strategies.
